Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was excellent, it had wonderful location next to Hoa Binh lake, Mai Chau and Maichau HideAway. The food was local with variety of alternatives. The service was exceptional and the pool was great.

All the services were exceptional! A lot of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone.

The peaceful landscapes, surrounded by majestic mountain blocks, made it the perfect place for our family to unwind and relax. The kids had a blast paddling and playing around the safe and beautiful lake, while my wife and I were able to truly rest and enjoy the natural beauty. It was a rejuvenating experience that allowed us to forget about the tiredness and chaos of life, and just be in the moment with our loved ones.

My wife says that it would have been great to have a larger playground for the children.

We stayed at Mai Chau Hideaway for three nights and loved this place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views over the lake. The staff, especially the manager and Ngan Hue, were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they offered a variety of Vietnamese and Western options. The pool was wonderful and clean. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the option to book excursions. We would definitely come back!

The views of the lake were breathtaking and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good and there were many options. The room was clean and had a nice design.

The location is quite isolated and if you don't have transportation, you are stuck. there were some issues with the room not being what we booked and inconsistencies in messaging from the staff.

I had an extraordinary stay at The Hideaway Lake Resort in Mai Chau. The location was fine, with amazing views of the lake. The staff were friendly and were really nice too make my stay nice. Thevery comfy and tidy rooms provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I also enjoyed the delicious selection of Vietnamese and Western dishes at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and extraordinary getaway.

The pool was nice and refreshing after a long day of work, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection of items. the view from the balcony was gorgeous, overlooking a beautiful lake. Being away from the city and surrounded by nature was a much-needed break from the chaos of work.

The noise levels were unbearable at times, with thin walls allowing every sound from the neighboring rooms to come through. the lack of amenities at the pool was disappointing, with no drinks or towels available.

Everything is what we need and want.

Nestled in a serene setting of mountains and a lake, this retreat offers an idyllic setting to unwind and rejuvenate. With free bikes and kayaks to explore the surrounding, a waterfall nearby and a lakefront bungalow that offers tranquil views, there is much to look forward to. the hospitable staff, delicious breakfast, and impeccable service make for a memorable stay.

The extensive dinner menu could benefit from some improvement.
